Really Cool Followers and Some Exciting News

Hello All!
Not quite sure what happened with my blog from Friday, but It apparently never got posted, and I don’t know WHERE it went! So lets try this again….

This Blog is dedicated to some very unique followers of mine and I thought it would be neat to share them with you. It’s really quite amazing to me just how social media works and how we can connect with those we never knew or have only seen or heard of on t.v., in the movies or read their books. One of my first and most exciting followers was James Kyson who played Ando on the t.v series Hero. He was one of my favorite characters on the show and I was amazed that HE followed me! Another amazing follower is David McNally, director of Coyote Ugly. Just knowing anyone from Hollywood is following me blew my mind! Another pretty amazing follower is Steve Barnes. He’s written several episodes for The Outer Limits and Baywatch, SG-1 and an Andromeda episode. A more recent follower is a Principal Sam. He is a Principal of a school in New Jersey, but also an author of a new book release called Principal Sam, d/t be released on 2/14/17. I love the premise of this book, a Principal who is quite forgetful and colleagues and students come to his rescue when he needs it most. You can check him out on Twitter @PrincipalSamBks. I’m thankful for each and every follower who has supported me and found me interesting enough to want to see what I have to say. I’ve decided to continue to share my followers in hopes of recognizing and sharing the information of my followers in my blog. Just another way to help support fellow artists!

Another amazing piece of news I have is that I was notified that our family will be featured in the Forks Over Knives newsletter the third week of February. In case you’re not aware, my family and I started a journey on New Years Eve 2015 to become strict vegans. We’ve adopted a strict plant-based lifestyle and it’s been amazing. After the success of our decision, I wrote to thank them for their information and what seems like the best kept secret for a healthy life. They contacted me some time later and asked if we’d be interested in being a feature article. Of course I said YES! So, if you care to read our story and see how that decision all began, stop by the Forks Over Knives newsletter the third week of February and you can learn more about our story and living a plant-based life.

Thanks so much for stopping by and your patience with my obvious lack in technology. I will have my regularly scheduled blog later this week, so please stop by for that!

Until then….try something new and healthy this week and check out the Forks Over Knives book from your local library. It was a life changer for me and my family!

E.V. Jones 🙂
